Our quality control department is responsible for confirmation on relevant items in the course of designing and developing, test and verification of the feasibility of production technology, management of supporter, examination on the materials, control on the processes, ex-factory products examination, after-sales service, setup, management of instruments and fixtures as well as practice and improvement on the quality assurance system.
The whole process are as follows: control in the course of product development, control on sampling test, control on small serial production, examination on the materials, control on the process (including management of the instruments), examination on the finished products (including engineering maturing test), ex-factory products sampling and management of after-sales service.
